1) If there are any changes to the number of people, please be sure to contact us by the day before.If you change the number of people up until the day before, there will be no cancellation fee.
2) Please note that if you cancel on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged for each person cancelled.
3) The cancellation fee will be the cost of the food minus 1,000 yen (tax included) for the all-you-can-drink option.(1,000 yen x number of people will be deducted from the total amount.)
4) During busy periods, we ask that you leave the store within 2 hours and 30 minutes.If you would like to stay longer or have any other requests, please let us know in advance.
